There are many positive role models for today’s young girls. The three most popular are named. That includes Oprah Winfrey, Nancy Pelosi and J.K. Rowling. Why is that they are considered good role models for the little girls? Do they have the most desirable character and personality? What are their contributions in the society? There are things that you should know about Oprah, Nancy and J.K. They are morally upright citizens known in the various fields. Moms, aunts and grandmothers obviously know the three females. They are even looking for information that would tell exactly tell who is Oprah, Nancy and J.K. Little girls might grow up rude and impatient if they don’t have people to look up to.
Oprah Winfrey. You can’t simply say that the list is done if you have not written the name Oprah. This is a successful business woman. She is the first black woman to own billions of properties according to Forbes. She has amazing connections. Whatever she says, it is being followed. If not for an excellent business personality, she is referred to as an entertainer, artist, celeb, host, and more. What is remarkable about her is not her bankroll but what she does with her cash. She is a picture of a true generous woman. She is a crusader for equality and human rights. She is truly a role model who desires to change the lives of millions for the better.
Nancy Pelosi on the other hand is the first female spokesperson of the U.S. House of Representatives. In her first year in the service, she already made the best moves. She is strong. She never fears to question the war on Iraq. She is a woman with firm beliefs and no one can change it. If Oprah continuously made a million lives better, Nancy focus more on the present happenings of her country and the world. She wants to 
make instant solutions. Both Oprah and Nancy serve as positive role models for today’s young girls.
J.K. Rowling is next to Oprah Winfrey when it comes to the richest. She is a good writer, entertainer and mother. Her innate talent in writing has inspired a lot of minds. Young girls nowadays try to be more like J.K. Rowling. They want to write to inspire, educate and give pleasure. Her Harry Potter Series was a great success. She writes not only to entertain people but to correct their imperfections.

Many women in politics really have their advocacies. They stand for what is right, what is good and what is fair. Women in the past are not given the chance to assume political roles because they are only taught to take care of the family and home. But, as time passes by, people have observed their potentials. They can do something that men cannot. This is why they are highly respected. They are not mistreated. They deserve all the love. Politics is complicated. If you lack knowledge, you might lead the wrong track. You might even start the fight. Thus, politicians still have to take classes and be part of the various programs. Women on the other hand are subject to strenuous trainings to practice their administrative skills. There is no exemption.
Women in politics are women who take courage to serve the humanity. They are extraordinary. They are highly respected because they try to make great things possible. Whatever the type of government is, women are still capable. Political leaders have their own political beliefs, views and principle. They don’t just create programs and then nothing. Politics talk about good leaders. Who do you think is better, a man or a woman? You decide.
The world is still not peaceful. Many are still in the middle of doubts and confusions. Nations are into war. Most countries are suffering from conflict of interests. However, despite the changes, there are still places who never allow women to rule. For them, it is against the law and is considered deviant. They find them weak or vulnerable. But, the battle is not yet over. Women can still prove more. They can still change the beliefs.
Women in politics are highly respected. They have conquered the world. They have proven that the power to wow leadership is not based on the gender. Rather, on the knowledge, skills, passion, determination, and willingness of the person. With the cooperation of people, goals do come true. There is no sure proof that only men do well in politics. There is no scientific basis that would tell that men are created to rule and empower women. If moms surpassed the difficulties of rearing their young while taking care of their husbands, for sure they can make it in politics. Besides, everything is learned in the process. With a degree, eligibility and willingness, anyone is capable of becoming a political leader, even a woman who are once in doubt.
There are a lot of women’s rights in the workplace such as the right to proper salary, the right to receive health benefits, the right to assume higher roles, the right for protection, and more. These are commonly practiced. The world’s population is mainly comprised of women. The ratio is 1:3. Thus, if only men are allowed to work, demands might not be achieved. Women will not be given the chance to excel in their field. They won’t be discriminated.
The workplace usually has house rules. These rules should be followed. They promote a friendlier working environment where each employee feels more secured and comfortable. But, house rules alone are not enough. That’s why human rights are made possible. Women enjoy the most freedom when it comes to work opportunities. They work as professional doctors, teachers, designers, even law enforcers and drivers. A woman can do everything. But, discrimination at the workplace is still visible. Discrimination comes in different forms. Now, to maintain their credibility and to avoid abuses, they should know what their rights as workers are and take responsibility.
Due to the shortage of competent men workers in the workplace, women are given the chance. They receive pay for their services. But, some complain that they are not given the right pay. That’s why the right for a good pay was developed. By then, more and more women are encouraged to work. Workers do not have formal rights not until the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was released. This act says no discrimination against employees on the basis of color, race, sex, religion or national origin. This is why no women are excluded to take any position. They are treated right. Now, if women feel that they are excluded from a job opportunity because the employee was after the gender, they have the power to file a case. They can sue the employer. Based on women’s rights in the work place, women should receive average pay. They are even entitled for additional benefits and rewards.
Women’s rights in the workplace include many aspects. A pregnant woman is still allowed to work as long as she is still capable. An employer cannot refuse an employee and rate her illegible just because of her gender. Today, women enjoy the fact that they can take any position with respect and pride. Thus, they can save enough for their families and enjoy the most out of their borrowed lives.
Women’s health concerns vary. Women have multiple roles. Moms of today are working. They don’t want to see their family suffering. They take care of their homes. They love to bond with kids. But, as they get older, they are facing more critical health issues. As a woman grows in age, there are already issues pertaining to health. If a woman can’t handle the pressure, stress and other distasteful in life, she usually fails. But, despite a busy schedule, she should not forget about health and hygiene. There must be time for both.
Usually, individuals who juggle tasks end up having health problems. This why some women become less productive especially mothers. Working moms should be really protected. They are exposed to stress and pressure almost every day. They need to deal with customers, think of good marketing strategies, calculate the daily earning, get some new stuff for the office, and more. After work, their families are waiting at home. They need to cook food for the dinner, ready their kids’ beds, teach them their assignments, etc. With all these responsibilities, often women’s health concerns arise. Women get flabby, weak and easily ill. Others often encounter headaches and muscle pains. Some are having problems with their menstrual cycle. If women get sick, many are affected especially if they have kids to take care of.
Women should learn the importance of being healthy. Various women’s health concerns are fought by following a good diet, getting a good rest, exercising, effective stress management, and by using supplements to boost the immunity, energy and stamina. A good diet is characterized by good foods. You eat variety of meal each day which include vegetables, wheat, fruits, and more. Exercising helps in eliminating toxins and wastes inside the body. It will even maintain fitness. Then, stress management is also important. A person gets sick not only because of bacteria.
